Nature loving mother to three daughters, ‘Luna’ to two little ones. Converse wearing, eco warrior and goddess. Loves Yoga, wild swimming, and stand-up paddle boarding. Forever curious.

Passionate about Yoga and the benefits it can bring to everybody who ventures onto the mat, Sarah has been practicing regularly for five years with intermittent spells for over twenty. Her love for Yoga led her to qualify as a Yoga teacher on the Yoga Alliance Professional 200 Hour Teacher Training course with Laura Green in 2019. A special interest in how Yoga benefits women in pregnancy led Sarah to qualify with Sally Parkes as a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher. Covering Pre and Post Natal Yoga. As well as Mum & Baby Yoga. Sarah has also completed Yoga for Menopause with Sally Parkes. She will be holding workshops helping women at what can be a challenging time of life in 2024.

Combining her commitment to wellbeing with her curious mind and love for the practice of Yoga, Sarah creates nurturing yoga classes with personalised soundtracks to deepen your experience. Sarah says, “I feel so excited and blessed to be on this wonderful journey. I’m looking forward to continuing my Yoga studies beyond teacher training and incorporating knowledge from other wellbeing fields into my classes”.

Away from the mat, you can most likely find Sarah in her garden, embarking on outdoor adventures or listening to David Bowie or her long list of podcasts. She is committed to environmental issues and fascinated by how we can improve our health and wellbeing through Yoga and other related practices.
