Nourish ~ Restorative Yoga | Every other month | Eastleigh

Find your Bliss
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration. We use props like Yoga blocks, blankets, cushions, pillows and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of Yoga—the union of body, mind and spirit.

We take time to ensure we feel really comfortable before relaxing into a supported posture. It is a floor-based practice which helps us to slow down, rest and find stillness.

Chair Yoga
This class uses a chair for support, making yoga approachable for everyone. Combining seated stretches, standing with the support of the chair and mindful breathing to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or looking for a low-impact way to stay active, Chair Yoga offers a supportive environment to move at your own pace.

Wellbeing Walks | Colden Common

Get Outdoors
Leaving Colden Common Community Centre we take a circular walk taking in the beautiful scenery we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

Our walk ends with an optional coffee and cake stop. Well, we deserve it!

Walking in nature has many physical and mental health benefits. There is no requirement for you to have been to class beforehand. Please book in, just so I know who to expect and we don’t leave without you!

This class focuses on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you unwind, release tension, and connect with your body and breath.
