This class focuses on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you unwind, release tension, and connect with your body and breath.

Modifications are offered to ensure that everyone feels safe and included.

Get Outdoors
Leaving Colden Common Community Centre we walk down to the Itchen Navigation taking in the beautiful scenery we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

Our walk ends with an optional coffee and cake stop. Well, we deserve it!

Walking in nature has many physical and mental health benefits. There is no requirement for you to have been to class beforehand. Please book in, just so I know who to expect and we don’t leave without you!
