✨ Step into a little sanctuary of calm this Christmas, where soft twinkling lights and a gentle seasonal soundtrack create a warm and magical space to pause.

✨ Together we’ll weave yoga, meditation and pranayama to quiet the mind and soften the body, before drifting into the dreamy stillness of Restorative Yoga and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.

✨ We’ll close with festive treats and gentle connection, leaving you wrapped in peace, joy and a touch of Christmas magic.
