  • I’m not flexible, can I do Yoga?

    Yoga will help with flexibility but you don’t need to be flexible to start! Practicing Yoga is a journey that meets you where you are.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, layers are always a good option.

  • What do I need to bring?

    A Yoga mat and any props you find helpful . (If props are needed for the class I will supply them.) A water bottle (not plastic).

  • How early do I need to arrive?
    Between 5 - 10 minutes so you can find a spot and settle in comfortably.

  • Do I need to let you know if I have any recurring injuries, aches, or pains?
    Your safety is my priority. Please let me know before we begin so I can offer modifications.

  • Do I need to complete a registration form?

  • How do I book?
    Bookings can be made via Bookwhen Your first class is free, use the coda 1STFREE at checkout. (This does not apply to workshops or Restorative Yoga.)
