Gentle Yoga for Beginners Course

This 5 week course focuses on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you unwind, release tension, and connect with your body and breath. Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to refine your foundational skills, this course provides a nurturing environment for you to experience the many benefits of a Yoga practice.

  • Yoga: Discover fundamental yoga poses (asanas) with step-by-step guidance, ensuring proper alignment and safety.

  • Breath Awareness: Cultivate a deeper awareness of your breath and its connection to movement, promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

  • Mindfulness Techniques: Explore mindfulness practices to quiet the mind, increase present-moment awareness, and enhance overall well-being.

  • Flexibility and Mobility: Gently stretch and move your body, improving flexibility, balance, and range of motion over time.

  • Stress Relief and Relaxation: Learn techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of tranquility and inner peace.

  • Modifications and Props: Understand how to adapt poses using props like blocks and straps, ensuring accessibility for all bodies.

In each session, you'll be guided through a series of gentle movements and relaxation exercises, accompanied by soothing music and calming instructions.
