These 3-hour workshops are designed to harmonise your internal rhythm with the natural rituals of the earth. By weaving together intentional yoga flow, deeply restorative practices, and the ancient seasonal wisdom of Ayurveda, we create a sanctuary for transition.
Each workshop serves as a sacred pause at the cardinal turning points of the Wheel of the Year. We gather to honour the threshold between what was and what is yet to come. These 3-hour immersions offer a dedicated space to recalibrate your body and mind, ensuring you are in rhythmic alignment with the seasonal tide.

Each workshop features Yoga practices designed to help you harness the natural rhythm of the season, teaching you to move with nature rather than against it.
You will also learn to incorporate small but powerful Ayurvedic rituals into your daily routine—simple shifts that make a profound difference in how you feel.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda, often referred to as the "sister science of Yoga," is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems.
Originating in India, Ayurveda has been practised for over 5000 years. It is well respected and known around the world. The word ‘Ayurveda’ translates from Sanskrit as ‘the science of life’.

The light filled Maplethorpe Room has double aspect windows and looks out over a courtyard to woodland beyond.
There is plenty of free parking in the hotel car park.
